A little bit about the job:

We are looking for a high energy and dynamic Sales Development Representative to provide pre-sales support. This role will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities, with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and will set the tone for the following sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seek out new sales opportunities through leads provided by the marketing team, networking, social media and cold calling.
  • Nurture leads who have shown interest in our product and services and have already engaged with your company through its marketing channels.
  • Reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with our product and services. 
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums
  • Research into your prospect and their needs, and prepare unique customer insights to turn your Sales Executive into a guru ahead of their meetings with the prospect
  • Work closely with Sales Manager to distribute leads
  • Ensure complete CRM updates to stay current on leads and follow-ups;
  • To maintain and exceed weekly KPI
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team

What is required:

  • The ideal candidate possesses at least an SPM certificate.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Candidates with at least 1 year experience in Property/Rental Sales is a plus.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Working CRM knowledge is a plus.
  • Able to work on Saturday or Sunday on a 5-day work week.
  • An obsession with prospect happiness – set the stage for effective sales follow-up.
  • Hungry and results driven, with a strong sense of urgency and desire to raise the bar.
  • Strong attention to details and take pride in thoroughness & accuracy when accomplishing tasks.
  • Self-motivated team player and able to work effectively in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision.
